Being able to communicate with prospects and clients via presentations, statements, letters and other documents is key to the NorthStar value proposition. NorthStar has leveraged industry research to determine all relevant presentation and reporting needs and formed a relationship with a leading design firm to provide a sophisticated document generation framework that accelerates the implementation of and provides NorthStar's clients with a best of breed document set.

We have invested into the entire Wealth Management document framework, from canned documents to document design, document creation, collaborative multi user workflows to document retention.

Use Case

Support the generation of all relevant client facing proposals, reports and documents as well as the ability to create adhoc client communication. Allow for aggregation of client, product and market data originating from multiple sources are generated documents both - on a batch and ad hoc basis.

Format

Multiple formats including portrait and landscape letter and A4 rendered in PDF and xhtml.

Branding

Businesses have specific branding and design requirements such as Logos, Style Guides and Disclaimers to be applied to all documentation.

Wealth Planning Proposals for Retirement - In Retirement Spending, Education, and Major Purchase scenarios. Incorporates asset allocations analysis, wealth forecasts and unique simulations charts and graphs.
Asset Allocation - An introduction covering your firms approach to Asset Allocation, a proposed asset allocation based upon the investor's risk profile, and hypothetical performance and risk statistics.
Portfolio Construction - Full details of risk profile and risk classification of prospect/client. Overview of recommended portfolio with hypothetical performance, risk/return graphs, and worst-case scenarios analysis.

Investment Policy Statement - Investor profile, investment considerations and constraints provide the key elements of this client management document which drives portfolio monitoring and compliance management.
