| The slide repository allows document content administrators to view, edit, and create new slides for use in a document. These slides can be static, have a user-defined layout, or contain literal text. In this example, the user-defined slide provides flexibility in terms of adding text and images for a fixed number of rows and columns. |

| When creating the user-defined slides, users can specify the columns and rows as well as their sizes. After doing this, they can add text and images into each section. |
