RSS Instructions

An RSS feed is a standardized way of delivering news content on the web using XML. Subscribing to an RSS feed allows you to read news and updates in a single place, rather than visiting several different websites. Using an RSS reader, you can subscribe to specific RSS feeds that interest you. Your RSS reader then automatically checks those websites on a regular basis and notifies you of updates and changes.
