Diane C. Altieri, Chief Executive Officer
Diane is responsible for leading the NorthStar organization, and is focused on guiding the Company's strategy, as well as organizational and business development.
Prior to NorthStar, Diane is the Founder and President of J.P. Mitchell & Company, a boutique consulting firm serving the Fortune 50 Financial Services and the Top 100 Financial Technology and Services firms. Diane has extensive experience in advising financial technology and services companies on growth strategy and execution, strategic operations and technology initiatives, merger and acquisition transactions and capital raising efforts. Prior to founding J.P. Mitchell & Company, Diane served as a Principal at Ernst & Young in the Financial Services Practice where she managed large-scale operations strategy and technology initiatives for Fortune 50 clients and at American International Group, as a Manager of Investment Technology and Operations. Diane graduated from the University of Dayton, with a B.S Degree in Accounting/Computer Science.
Amar Kak, Chief Technology Officer
Amar is responsible for NorthStar's product roadmap and platform development. Amar has been with NorthStar for 7 years, initially working on the development of the first generation of the product and then as solution architect and technical lead on all customer implementations. Amar continues to build and bring to market innovative solutions for the Advisor including the NorthStar SaaS platform offering, the NorthStar iPad Advisor Desktop, the Investor Portal, and enhanced Client Reporting. Amar has 13 years of experience in financial services IT and comes from a background of building reporting and marketing solutions for hedge fund groups at Financial Interactive, a company that was acquired by the Carlyle Group.
Sanjeev Jain, Vice President of Product Development
Sanjeev is a technology and wealth management domain expert with a passion for transforming concepts into a real product. He has over 14 years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, delivering and managing the highly scalable Enterprise/Hosted/SaaS software using J2EE Technology, Distributed N-tier architecture, and Agile Development. In addition to technology, his expertise includes Quantitative Finance and analytics. Prior to joining NorthStar in 2004, he worked at Harris myCFO, where he was responsible for building an Investment Reporting Platform to service the High/Ultra Net worth Clients. Prior to Harris myCFO, Sanjeev worked at various Financial Firms as technology consultant. Sanjeev has a M. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and currently pursuing the CFA Level III.
