Firms that would need to operate on site, will have to provide the Certificate of Insurance prior to work start if selected for performance.  Otherwise, exclude the Certificate of Insurance from your submittal.  Include any cut sheets, catalog, pricing, etc that would better explain the services or products available to NorthStar.
