Complete interior and exterior renovation of the 60-year-old Baltimore Arena to transform it into a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment venue renamed CFG Bank Arena.  Aggressive schedule to complete construction and reopen within 1-year.  Exterior:  Selective façade demo. Remove all billboards, signs, lighting.  Abate ACM roof topping slab, soffits, and façade caulk. Cloud ceiling:  Build dance floor scaffold to abate spray-on fireproofing.  Demo cloud ceiling made of plaster and metal panel. Structural Modifications:  Seating bowl steps, vomitories, rakers, curbs, existing stairs & escalators, new stairs & escalators, extensive SOG for new plumbing & foundation work. Cloud ceiling:  Build dance floor scaffold to abate spray-on fireproofing.  Demo cloud ceiling made of plaster and metal panel. Stage Structural Modifications:  Demo existing stage, fire curtain, proscenium framing, columns, walls, and slabs.  Abate spray-on fireproofing at stage wall.
