NorthStar was contracted to perform asbestos abatement, universal waste collection, and selective demolition of 273 Georgia Street because of the Buffalo Blizzard on 12/23/22.  During the blizzard the building lost power and heat for multiple days causing water and heat pipes to burst during freezing temperatures.  NorthStar worked over 8,500 manhours without injury or regulatory violations.
