NorthStar was originally contracted to remove the exterior skin of two wall faces on levels 1, 2 and 3 to allow the tie in of a new tower to be constructed. NorthStar was later requested to assist another contractor onsite with the renovation of guestrooms within the south tower. NorthStar performed selective demo in the guestrooms on levels 3 through 14. PCL and the owner were very appreciative with NorthStar’s services and that we were able to keep their project on schedule despite lapses by the other contractors.
